§ Mandel - Mandel is a Homotopy of the classic Mandelbrot set
(zn=z(n-1)2+c)
and a model for magnetism from the "The Beauty of Fractals". The model explodes as the parameter (0<t<1) transforms it into the classic Mandelbrot set. The animation on the left shows some of the stages of the transformation. The Screensaver will automatically pick values of "t" for you and then generates a snapshot of the resulting Homotopy.
