§ Cells - We are using Julia sets to present this Screensaver. This dynamical system is disscussed as a Mandelbrot type set in the book "Fractals Everywhere".
The program first looks for a point on the Mandelbrot set within a certain dynamic distance from infinity. If the point selected meets the requirements, then the point is used as the parameter for the Julia set. All points escape in this fractal so Inf and Index do not function normally.
